Manifest the best version of your life with a Spiritual Alchemy Session

Spiritual Alchemy Sessions involve the healing and reinvention of the self through, coaching, energy healing and body-work. A range of therapeutic modalities will be tailored to your particular needs for growth. When you arrive, I like to get an idea of where you’re at and what you want. We will also need to discuss commitment level to growth.

  • Our purpose of the coaching process: We create greater self awareness, we cultivate greater emotional maturity, we become very honest with ourselves in order to truly manifest what it is we want. Expression of emotion is important. This is deep work.
  • Body Scan - this helped to notice and feel what your body is feeling. Based on this and whatever comes up through discussion, you set intention for what you’d like to receive from the energy and bodywork portion.
  • I will give you a session plan that I intuitively feel guided to using Massage, Holy Fire®️ III Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Integrative Energy Medicine. A intuitively lead Meditation or visualization may come through as well as Intuitive Messages or Journal prompts. Stones or rituals may come through as well.
  • To end the session, I do use smudge. If you are sensitive to smoke, please let me know. I will notify you that our session has ended and leave the room. Once you are ready we discuss the session and recap.

Physically Address Pain with Massage Therapy and Energy Healing

 The Metaphysical Massage addresses what you are feeling in your body and what emotions or energy is tied to the pain or discomfort you may be feeling. We address these things first through the body scan, and then we address them using Therapeutic touch (can include Swedish or deep tissue massage), Holy Fire® III Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, or Integrative Energy Medicine.
